The firm offers services for both business and individuals including a Family Law department with a specialist area of Childcare.  The childcare team is headed by a lawyer of national renown who has won compensation for victims of child abuse locally in Yorkshire and nationally.  He has recently secured a landmark case in the House of Lords for an abuse victim resulting in time limits relating to child abuse cases being lifted.

There are two further panel member solicitors in the team.  It's a busy role in an established department and as Child Panel Membership is requested, the successful candidate will have in excess of 3 years PQE.  Should candidates with a strong background in child work apply they will need to able to work towards Child Panel Membership as soon as possible.

Whilst the position is based in Dewsbury, the successful candidate will need to be able to work between the 3 offices so own transport will be required.
